Come back Monday to replies that are already written.

I build custom automations for business.

Someone asks about a unit on Friday evening. Right now that message waits in your inbox, and Monday starts with a pile of replies to write from scratch. I set things up so the details are logged and a reply is drafted and waiting for you. You read it, send it, and move on. For property managers from Rexburg to Pocatello.

Two hours, $60 introductory price (normally $300). You keep the map whether or not we build anything.

What happens to an after-hours inquiry

  3. A reply gets draftedTheir details filled in, ready when you are.

What I build

The work you keep doing by hand

For property managers

Nobody retypes a lease again

Enter a tenant's information once, and it carries through to the application, the lease, and your Buildium records. Contracts come out filled in, ready for you to check.

How this works →

For business owners

Know what's happening without digging for it

Get a heads-up when it's time to reorder, run payroll, or look at a number that's off. A short report comes to you, so decisions don't wait on you pulling the data.

Talk it through →

For sales and service teams

Answer every lead faster, without writing from scratch

New inquiries arrive with a reply already drafted, follow-ups are written and ready on schedule, and old leads get flagged for a check-in. You review and send, so more of the people who reach out become customers.

From a client

10 hrs a week → 5 min

Time spent on rental lead capture and qualification, with replies drafted for review. One apartment community.

“I needed to automate my lead capture process for rentals and he’s been able to help me get it automated, troubleshoot, and make adjustments as needed. … I’m really grateful for the time that this automation has saved me and that it has provided a consistency that my human self was lacking.”

How it works

How working together goes

  1. Step 01

    A paid audit

I sit with you for two hours and map where your time actually goes. $60 for now. The map is yours to keep either way.

  2. Step 02

    I build it

Fixed price, agreed before I start. The audit fee comes off the build.

  3. Step 03

    I keep it running

A monthly care plan covers fixes and adjustments when something upstream changes.

Who you'd work with

A person nearby, not an agency

I'm Cameron Hansen. I've lived in Eastern Idaho for 21 years, and I've spent my career on the data side of things as a data analyst, a CRM administrator, and in warehouse management.

I started Move The Data after automating part of my father's small business and seeing how much time it gave back to him. The people I grew up around work hard. I'd rather that work go into growing their business than into retyping the same information every evening.

I build every automation myself and answer my own phone. If something needs a look in person, I'll drive over, whether you're in Rigby, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, St. Anthony, Blackfoot, or Pocatello.

To save us both time

This isn't for you yet if…

None of these are a no forever. Each one has a simple first step, and doing it saves you time and money once we automate.

  • Your processes aren't written down. If the steps live in someone's head and get passed along out loud, there's nothing to automate yet. First step: write a simple checklist for one task. That checklist is exactly what I'd build from.
  • You'd rather do everything yourself. If handing a task to another person feels uncomfortable, handing it to a computer will feel worse. First step: teach one task to someone you can check in with. Once you trust it gets done right without you, it's ready to automate.
  • Your information lives on paper. A computer can't work on what it can't see, at least not cheaply. First step: start keeping one kind of record digitally as it comes in. Once that's routine, we can automate the rest.
